There is some interest in using guar gum for weight loss because it expands in the intestine, causing a sense of fullness. This may decrease appetite. USES: Diarrhea. Adding guar gum to the tube feeding formula given to critical care patients may shorten episodes of diarrhea from about 30 days to about 8 days. High cholesterol. Taking guar gum seems to lower cholesterol levels in people with high cholesterol. Guar gum and pectin, taken with small amounts of insoluble fiber, also lower total and “bad” low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, but don't affect “good” high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol or other blood fats called triglycerides. Diabetes. Taking guar gum with meals seems to lower blood sugar after meals in people with diabetes. Las 4NF- Lactose Substitute Non- Fat Solid is an Enzymatically Modified, Clean Label, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Plant-based and Non-GMO starch used as a special additive for improving texture of Paneer. It is 100% naturally made which does not have any preservatives and Mono sodium Glutamate (MSG). APPLICATIONS 1. Milk is first heated (pasteurizing) to 85�°C and held for 12 minutes. 2. Add 2% to 20% of LAS 4NF based on the Protein Content of the Milk to the pasteurized milk and stir slowly to ensure full dissolving at 80C. 3. LAS 4NF itself contains coagulant. If necessary add coagulant as per the costumer requirement slowly to the milk by slow stirring, maintaining the temperature at 70�° C. 4. Keep Slow stirring for complete separation of solids and whey. (Indication: Whey will turn to light green color and small lumps of solids will settle down) 5. The whey water is filtered through a fine mesh of muslin cloth. The separated particles remain in muslin cloth and it is held in hoofer. 6. Apply pressure on the covered solid spread evenly on hoofer, with a flat lid in lay till water droplets stop. 7. Then the Paneer is pre-cooled in pure water at room temperature for 10 mins or till the external sides can be held in hand water for 10 mins , then dip in chilled water for 4 hours. DOSAGE Use 2 to 20% of LAS 4NF of total batch size, based on the protein content of the milk. For lower protein content in the milk higher LAS 4NF need to be used.

APPLICATION OF SK-HB K-SILICATE MORTAR : * K-SILICATE is used for jointing Acid Resisting brick in construction of vessels in suited for construction of fume chambers and stacks handling hot, dry Acid fumes and vapors. It is also used for jointing chemical resisting stoneware pipes. K-SILICATE cement is good bedding material for Acid â?? Resisting bricks and tiles. The concrete surface needed protection should be dryed, clean and rough. The bricks or tiles will be set with K-SILICATE cement over concrete surface applied with a suitable an impermeable interliner. When Bedding and Jointing Materials are the same. On the treated surface bricks or tiles are bedded to a thickness of about 6 mm and tamp gently with a wooden piece till the paste squeezes out of joints. The paste that is squeezed out of the joint should be removed by trowel with good finishing. After the mortar of the joint is dryed treat the joints with 20% Hydrochloric Acid Solution by means of brush. A.R.lining should be always in contact with Acid and not with water. Concrete subtract like Floor, Wall, tanks and similar surface should be protected with a membrane of Bitrok Mastic or compound steel tanks should be protected with rubber or PVC subjected to chemical conditions and temperature of chemical media. The Brick lining is recommended over the protective layer of Bitrok Mastic. When Bedding and Jointing Materials are Different. Spread the silicate type mortar about 6 to 8 mm thick on the back of the tile or brick. Press the tile on the bed leaving required space for joints between tiles for bricks.
