Product Description Standard The product is manufactured according to the standard of GB14049”Aerial insulated cables of rated voltages 10KV and 35KV” and IEC60502”Extruded solid dielectric power cables for rated voltage form 1KV to 30KV”. Operating characteristic Rated voltage: 10KV 35KV Max.permissible continuous temperature: HDPE insulated aerial cables :75du. XLPE insulated aerial cables: 90du. Max.short-circuit temperature of the conductor should not exceed: HDPE insulated aerial cables :150du. XLPE insulated aerial cables: 250du. The installation ambient temperature should no below: -20du. The bending radius of cables are recommend as follows: Single cable:not less than 20 times the diameter of cables; Multi-core cable:not less than 15 times the diameter of cables. For service at 600 volts or lower at a conductor temperature of 75 maximum. 2.2 triplex service drop Applications To supply power from the ulility`s lines to the consumer`s weatherhead. For service at 600 volts or less(phase to phase ) at a conductor temperature of 75 maximum for pe insulation or 90 maximum for xlpe insulation. 2.3 quadruplex service drop Applications To supply 3 phase power, from a pole-mounted transformer to the use`s servic head where connection to the service entance cable is made. To be used at voltages of 600 volts or less phase to phase and at conductor temperature not to exceed 75 for pe insulated conductors or 90 for xlpe insulated conductors. Conductor standards: 1.
