AAC
AAC Conductors are made out of Hard drawn EC Grade (min 61% IACS) Aluminium wires stranded in successive layers in opposite direction to form the Aluminium stranded AAC Conductor up to 61 wires. All Aluminium Conductors are manufactured from electrolytically refined aluminium. They have a high level of purity; the minimum accepted level of aluminium is 99.7%. This product is also known as aluminium stranded conductor, as it is constructed of one or more strands of aluminium wire depending on the intended usage. As a consequence of this high level of purity, AAC Conductors are mainly used in areas where spacing is short and supports are close.
The savings can be almost 30% which can be increased even more by using MagicBond for joining block. In place of cement plaster, should be used. As MagicPlast requires curing time of just 2 hours compared to a week of cement, the water consumption and turnaround time is considerably reduced. Inner structures of AAC blocks have the same insulation and strength as clay bricks increasing the overall carpet area of the structure. Light Weight: Presence of uniform air pockets in AAC blocks results in significantly less weight compared to the clay bricks. High Strength:AAC blocks have the compressive strength in the range of 3.5-4N/m2 compared to clay bricks that have just 2.5-3N/m2. The blocks can be efficiently used as a building material for hospitals, schools, high-rises and other structures Earthquake and Fire Resistant:AAC blocks produced by us and can be very effective against fire and meet stringent requirements regarding fire safety. It can withstand fire up to 1200°C. The material is designed to withstand fire up to 1200°C.

Laxmi en-fab designs and manufactures aac lightweight block making plant, to meet the specific requirements of the market and customers. As a new building material, aac lightweight block production line fulfills the demand of concrete industry, which requires to save the natural resources and protect the environment. With germany technology and our own r&d, we provide our customers state-of-the-art aac lightweight block making plant. 150, 000 m3/year 630 kw 500 m3/day 10 hours 6 (¢2 × 26.5) 200, 000 m3/year 720 kw 666 m3/day 10 hours 8 (¢2 × 26.5) 300, 000 m3/year 1, 186 kw 1, 000 m3/day 10 hours 8 (¢2.85 × 32.5) *theoretical output with suitable aggregates and materials. Advantages Large variety of sizes: aac lightweight block production line enjoys a large variety of sizes, from standard blocks to large reinforced panels. Excellent thermal insulation: it achieves very high thermal energy efficiency due to its very low thermal conductivity. This benefits the saving on heating and cooling costs. Extremely light weight: it weighs approximately 50% less than other comparable building products. High compressive strength: its solid structure makes it highly load bearing. The entire surface area is used in structural calculations to improve its strength. High dimensional accuracy: thanks to its dimensional accuracy, aac is extremely easy to install, as no thick mortar is required. Great acoustic insulation: its porous structure provides a high acoustic insulation. High fire resistance: it has an extremely high fire rating of at least 4 hours and more. Termite resistance: it cannot be damaged by termites or insects. High workability: thanks to its excellent size/weight ratio, the construction with aac is very rapid. Although aac is a solid building material, it can be cut, sawn, drilled, nailed and milled like wood. This benefit makes it an extremely workable product.
Fusion AAC Blocks (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) is a certified green building material. These blocks are light weight, load-bearing, high-insulating, durable building product produced in a wide range of sizes and strengths. The raw materials used to manufacture these blocks are cement, fly ash, gypsum, lime and water. Fusion AAC blocks manufacturing involves hardening through steam-curing in autoclaves creating calcium silicates, making them stronger. These blocks are manufactured in a variety of sizes. These precast concrete blocks are widely used for internal and external wall construction. Fusion blocks are easy to install, nail, drill and cut for pipes and conduits. Most of the volume of an Fusion AAC block is air making them light weight thermally insulative/fire resistant with good acoustic properties.
Conecc AAC blocks weight is 33% lighter compared to traditional bricks and depending on project design, savings up to 20% in structural costs can be achieved, due to reduction of dead load. CONECC AAC BLOCKS COME IN 4 STANDARD SIZES: 600mm x 200mm x 100mm 600mm x 200mm x 150mm 600mm x 200mm x 200mm 600mm x 200mm x 225mm
Concentric lay stranded conductor consisting of Aluminum Alloy 1350-H19 wires. AAC conductor is also known as aluminum stranded conductor. It is manufactured from electrolytically refined aluminum, with a minimum purity of 99.7%. AAC is used mainly in urban areas where the spacing is short and the supports are close. All aluminum conductors are made up of one or more strands of aluminum wire depending on the end usage. AAC is also used extensively in coastal regions because it has a high degree of corrosion resistance
