Bimetal steel.
As you know, spring dial scale is a kind of metal (spring in specific) that shrinks at low temperature and stretches at high temperature. This characteristic of metal makes the scale become less precise. To counter this effect, BenThanh Scale mounted Bimetal steel leaf in the transmission lever to keep the scale operating precisely even under harsh temperature condition.
At transmission lever joints, brass bushes are fitted up in addition to the use of lubricant help to prevent rust and minimize abrasion, thus enhance life-span of scale especially when scale is used in high humid environment.
Protective pipes are also used to conserve lubricant and limit water and dust from getting into the joints.
Inox Plate.
Scale plate is made of inox (stainless steel).
Loading frame.
Loading frame is made of 5mm thickness steel to enhance longevity of the scale.
