Working Principle :
Stone less than 60mm enters sand making machine though conveyor belt. Stone is crushed by hitting other stones. Material falls down to impellor cavity. Under great centrifugal force, it hits material that coming downwards. After hitting each other, they force a vortex between impellor and shell, and hit each other several times, finally smaller stone comes out, and goes to vibrating screen. Satisfactory material is transported to sand washing machine, however overlarge material will go back to sand maker to be recrushed. Output sizes can be made according to customers requirement. If input size is larger than the designed size, other crushing equipment will be necessary.
Sand washing & recycling machine
Sand washing & recycling machine is designed based on sand washer and sand recycling system and adopted foreign advanced technology. This machine main parts include: XSD wheel sand washer, high frequency dewatering screen, high pressure cyclone, cleaning tank, return box, high pressure wearable slurry pump, motors, etc. The machine has simple structure and multiple function, and is widely used for crushed sand, river sand, lake sand or sea sand washing, screening, recycling and dewatering.

Working Principle :
*Washing: The bucket is driven by the motor through the reducer and rotates in circle. There are many sand storage web grooves and bucket screen for sand storage and primary dewatering. When the bucket moves, sand can be put out by sand storage web groove after being cleaned in the cleaning tank and primary dewatered on the bucket screen.
*Recycling: Flowing slurry water is extracted by slurry pump, fine sand is collected by the centrifugal force of the cyclone, then fed to the polyurathane screen from the apex spray. The 0.16-3mm fine sand and water are efficiently separated through the vibration screen.
*Dewatering: coarse sand (3-10mm) and fine sand (0.16-3mm) are fed onto polyurathane vibrating screen for dewatering.
Fine Sand Recovery System
As a new type of environment-friendly equipment, the fine sand recovery system has been gradually applied to the hydropower, aggregate production line, glass raw material processing system, artificial sand making plant, recovery of coarse slime in coal preparation plants, and environmental protection engineering (mud purification, etc.). It can effectively solve the problem of fine sand recycling.
Fine Sand Recovery System Features:
1.The vibrating screen adopts polyurethane seives, which has longer service life than and does not plug holes.
2.It has high efficient fine sand recovery effect, achieving high capacity, and low power consumption.
3.It can be equipped with 1, 2 or 3 sets of hydrocyclones. Thus, it can meet the requirements of different capacity.
Working Principle :
When the fine sand recovery device works, the mixture of sand and water is transported to the hydrocyclone through the slurry pump. Then, the fine sand with eccentricity is conveyed to the vibrating screen. After dewatering, the fine sand is effectively separated from the water.Then, a small amount of fine sand and mud goes back to the washing tank through the return box.When the liquid surface of the washing tank rises, the fine sand is discharged from the discharge openning. The linear vibrating screen can recover material with concentration between 70% and 85%. Moreover, the fineness modulus can be adjusted by changing rotatation speed of the pump, concentration of the mortar, overflow water volume or replacing the mortar nozzle, so as to complete cleaning, dehydration, and classification.
