The product is collected in plastic baskets of 60 x 40 x 25 cm and with a capacity of 15 kg, avoiding pressure between the fruits. In the collection centers the product is received, its classification in smooth, clean and disinfected countertops. Storage should be done in disinfected baskets to avoid contamination that later affects the quality of the fruit.
