1The buyer sends a Corporate Profile along with a FULL ICPO a current and valid TSA not older than 30 days validity from issued date and POFBCL from Buyers account to Seller and Sellers Bank via MT799
2 Â Seller verify and approve Buyers TSA and POFBCL Then the Seller provides a draft SPA to the Buyer Buyer to review and complete signed and stamped return to Seller
3 Â The Seller issues a Commercial Invoice of the product in the sellers tanks at the port the Buyer signs and returns the commercial invoice
4 Â Seller invite Buyers appointed inspection SGS personnels to perform dip test at Sellers tank at Buyers cost
5 Â After confirmation of SGS report by Buyer Seller issues following POP documents to buyer

D2 Gasoil Gost 305-82
D2 is a refinery abbreviation for Gasoil. It is the second distillate from the crude, and can be used without reformers and additives.
This is gas oil that is the second distillate that is obtained through the processing of crude oil. Reformers and additives are not required to make use of this fuel. The version of D2 that has lower sulphur content is GOST 305-82 and it is the presentation of this to the market that has helped in a major reduction in pollution in many cities.

GOST 305-82 is D2 with lower sulphur content. GOST is a variant of Gasoil and D2 that is in line with ISO industry standards with a sulphur content of 0.02% max. This is known as Ultra Low Sulphur fuel. Low sulphur fuel is that with 0.2% sulphur content.
The GOST variant for D2/Gasoil is GOST 305-82 and specifies now a sulphur content of 0.02 MAX which is according to the ISO standard.

While D2 is also known as #2 Diesel, Russian Federation and Belarus refineries never use the name D2.
They use operation terms like Gasoil 0.2, Gasoil 0.1, ULSD/50-10 ppm/EN590 (EN590 means that standard of the quality of the product according EU regulation EN590.
1. Buyer issues ICO and Company Registration Certificate to Seller with Buyer's Passport
�¡�¾�?�?.
2. Seller issues Cl to Buyer for the available quantity. Buyer signs and returns the CI to Seller.
3. Buyer issue POF via MT199 with they're bank funds for blocking order quantity.
4. Seller releases the SGS and POP document, Buyer do their own check SGS.
5. After the successful SGS check, Buyer makes 100% payment via TT/MT103 for the total product value to Seller and Seller transfers the Title Ownership to Buyer. and Buyer pay for TSR till transfer buyer to vessel.
6. Buyer Provide its nominated Vessel CPA, Q88 alongside with Safety Management Certificate of the Ship and lifting commences.
7. Seller submits the Draft SPA to Buyer for R & E monthly deliveries.
8. Buyer reviews and signs the SPA and issues SBLC MT760 or DLC MT700 for the length of the contract or for each lift preschedule. Buyer pays by MT103/TT after Dip Test on each month's delivery. The subsequent deliveries will commence according to the terms and conditions of the contract.
