1. The buyer issue ICPO with his international passport copy (data page), CIS and company
license to the seller.
2. The seller issue commercial invoice (CI) for the available quantity in seller storage tank to
the buyer, buyer endorse commercial invoice and return the CI with buyer signed tank
storage agreement.
3. Seller proceeds to verify the buyer's tank storage agreement to ensure seller approval of
the tank storage agreement through ATV, NCNDA/IMFPA signed and seal by all
intermediaries connected in the transaction.
4. The seller issues the partial pop documents as below and sends to the buyer.
a. Commitment to supply
b. Certificate of origin
c. Authorization to verify (ATV)
d. Tank to tank injection agreement (TTTIA)
e. Unconditional DTA
f. Fresh SGS (not older than 48 hours)
g. Tank storage agreement (TSR)
h. ATS- authorization to sell and collect
i. Injection report
5. The buyer conduct's DIP test in the seller reservoir and provides tank details to the seller,
to commence injection of product into the buyer's tank.
6. Within twenty-four (24) hours, buyer issues 100% TT wire transfer payment to the seller,
the seller transfers the title ownership to the buyer.

2. Seller sends CI and buyer signs and returns to the seller .
3. Seller releases Fresh SGS report of product in seller tank
4. Upon verification of product existence, Buyer secures the Title Transfer Certificate or
extend seller tanks to secure the allocation.
5. The seller releases all export documents including TSR, ATSC, Certificate of Origin and
Export License as all intermediaries sign the NCNDA/IMFPA and return to seller.
6. Buyer pay for product and lift product. In 72 hours seller pays all intermediaries
involved as per signed NCNDA/IMFPA

6) Seller Issue 2% Performance Bond After Verifying SBLC At Bank Counters, Proceeds To Arrange Logistics And Cargo Loading Within 20 Working Days, And Finally Provides Pop Documents:

(b) Fresh SGS inspection report
(c) Injection Report
(d) Certificate of Origin
(e) Notarized and endorse NCNDA/IMFPA
(f) Authorization to sell &collect (ATSC) (g) Tank storage receipt (TSR)
(h) Commitment letter to supply
5. (Optional) Buyer SGS team re-conducts dip test inspection on the product in seller storage tanks at buyer expense
6. Upon successful dip test inspection, the buyer pays for the total product value and the seller immediately transfers the title of product ownership to the buyer with all export documents
7. Seller immediately commences injection of the product into buyer's tanks.
