Hand washing with soap and water is the most effective way to remove dirt, bacteria, and viruses, preventing the spread of illnesses like cold, flu, and food poisoning. Application:
Wet: Wet hands with clean, running water (warm or cold).
Soap: Apply soap and lather well.
Scrub: Rub hands together for at least 20 seconds, ensuring coverage of backs of hands, between fingers, and under nails.
Rinse: Rinse thoroughly under clean, running water.
Dry: Dry hands using a clean towel or air dryer.
