5 Bank notification pending LC before preparation of the goods at the port of departure
or waiting for the TT transfer for a vessel already at sea (a delay of 10 days after delivery
displayed will be necessary in order to modify ETA port of discharge to come)
NB: LC at Sight 100% payment on demand at the port of loading, non-transferable, confirmed and
irrevocable, with a refund bank (Fields 53A).
The payment instruction must be in accordance with our DRAFT (upon receipt of the notification it
takes 30 days to be delivered from the port of Santos in Brazil).
TT TRANSFER: a payment of 10% after signing the SPA and PROFORMA contract, then upon
receipt of payment we send the copy of the ship's documents, then 20% when the ETA is modified
and shows the port of discharge, after receipt of payment we send the original documents, and
finally pay the remaining 70% at the port of discharge after Q&Q within 4 days maximum
