After signing SPA, Steinweg will send confirmation email to buyer that the seller is registered with Steinweg/Bolore/Manica, it's reliable. Buyer then issues irrevocable, non-transferable, non-revolving DLC to the seller. Seller delivers cathodes to the bonded warehouse.
