It is the product produced by separating the peanuts harvested between the from their hard shell. Its grains are large, the color of its inner tissue is 70% green, although the pink of the outer membrane has turned towards a red tone. NATURAL ROASTED PISTACHIO
Before harvesting, while the grains are still on the tree, 30% of the hard outer shell of Pistachio is called Natural. Together with their hard shells, they are roasted with salt at 150 degrees. The salt rate is maximum 0.9%. After the roasting process, it is packaged in the dimensions and weights requested by the customers and shipped to the customers. Since this product is not subjected to any calibration, its grains are large and small. The product consists of a mixture of 70% main crack and 30% machine crack. Natural Roasted product is consumed as normal quality nuts.
