Brown Pistachio

Gray Pistachio Kernels New crop and high quality Brown Pistachio kernels are specially harvested between July and August of each year and are known as the best of pistachios. They are the products obtained from the first harvest of Pistachio.

MEVERD PISTACHIO INTERNAL

It is the product produced by separating the peanuts harvested between the 15th and 25th of August from their hard shell.

NATURAL ROASTED PISTACHIO

Before harvesting, while the grains are still on the tree, 30% of the hard outer shell of Pistachio is called Natural. It is the product obtained by cracking in the machine 30% of the outer hard shells of which do not crack naturally, without calibration, after pre-screening and cleaning processes after the harvest.
