ZIM A2000 machine can make concrete pipe, square culvert and other concrete materials between 800mm-2000mm diameter and 2000mm-3500mm lenght. In this machines mortar stocking and filling operations are done by mortar conveyor band with bunker. Materials which produced in this machine are transferred to drying area via crane. Our machine is making production on steel pallets. Produced material is carried to drying area with outer mould. After discharging the ready material to drying area, outer mold is movingto main machine for new production. Our Machine is working with hydraulic press and vibration systems. Vibration system of the machine is special design of ZIM Engineers. Vibration system which have oil cooling system and special oil unit. Gravel (Stone chips) obtained by breaking in various sizes are collected from 4 pieces of dosage silos into a collector band in desired amount through the bands. The speeds of the feeding belts which are located underneath of 4 pieces dosing silos can be set from the of frequency control panel. Materials are moved into a mixer through these bands, moisturized by adding water and then obtained a homogenous and compressible mechanical material. Mixed and moistened material collected in loading silo through a band. There are 2 pieces of pneumatically controlled covers in loading silos in order to load the trucks fast.

Powder coating ovens are convection ovens which allows to electrostatic powder coated work pieces to be cured usually around at 200°C in 10 minutes. The ovens are designed according to the shape, quantity and weight of the product to be cured. Electricity, liquid or gas fuel is used for heating the furnace. Powder coating curing ovens are produced and named as box type, axial conveyorized and tunnel type oven depending on whether the products are driven into the oven manually, semi-automatically and automatically. Powder coating ovens are designed to work with the highest efficiency to achieve needed temperature with lowest energy use.
Powder particles are moving by the airflow created by the suction fan and are prevented to exit out upon filtering. Suction fan is mounted at the top of the booth. Air movement generated by the fan carries the powder particles to the filter unit and collects them to the outer surface of the filters. Filters are cleaned by means of the pull-reverse cleaning system during the operation. Powder particles are collected manually from here and can be sifted if reused. The sieve system is not included in the cabinet. It is designed as open type, one-sided for manual powder coating. Electrical installation and electrical control panel is available on the system.
