Cupral 12 Areas of Application: Form rollers in the manufacture of pipes, Induction welding in pipe manufacturing reels, Deep drawing dies, Used as moulding material in the manufacture of all stainless steel kitchen utensils like sinks, pots, kettles etc. Heat Treatment :If intensive processing, stress relief is recommended for 4 hours at 300 °C.
Cupral 10 is the hardest aluminium bronze. It has good friction properties with an utmost hardness and excellent compressive strength. Very brittle. Machining should be done carefully. Cupral 10® Areas of Application: Deep-drawing dies of stainless steel, tube and pipe forming and welding rolls. Cupral 10® Heat Treatment:Not necessary. If there is intensive machining, 4 hours stress relieving at 380°C is recommended.
