New film-less decal printing transfer 1. New film-less(none outline border/decal 'halo') type water-slide transfer decals, special for coated/uncoated metal, carbon materials , glass, ceramic, ---.Suitable for toys-model, golf /fishing rods, metal sports goods, tennis rackets, bicycle parts, most of metal parts, glass, ceramic, ----decorations. 2. Suitable for curve or any difficult printing shape surface, very good durability by curing around 120 degree celsius for metal/carbon.It's very good adhesion by some pre-clear coating treatment, but excellent durability after final clear coating. 3. Options: soak transfers into water few seconds, place wet transfers on substrates & squeegee to push the bubbles underneath the transferred decals before take off the carrier. After taking off the carrier & push out the air bubbles, water, thoroughly then let it air dry on oven/dryer at low temperature under 50 c degree, before clear coating please be sure use dam rag gently wipe surface to remove the gum of water slide paper. Be sure totally substrates dried, and then spray your protective coating finally. 4. The new film-less decal water slide transfers was good adhesion without protective coating when curing at 80 c-100 c degrees for 10-20 minutes. 5. Our company is willing to spend millions to purchase a machine to practice. With this invaluable experience, we wish to break-through the bottleneck. Domestic manufacturers are no longer able to meet our ideals. We switched to searching internationally and found top manufacturers specializing in lasers in Europe. After contacts and discussions, we got what we want. Because of this, we have applied for patent rights in Taiwan and mainland China a few years earlier, and our application in other countries in the world are in progress.
