Application 1. Substrate must be free from grease, mould oil, rust, rusty metal , wood peels, paints, plastics, loose particles, contamination on any traces of foreign materials affecting the adhesion of CS-010. 2. Moisten the substrate overnight and also at the time before the commencement of operation. 3. Suggest to use CC-400 Concrete Bond as primer to adding adhesion for smooth and low porous substrates. 4. CS-010 is suitable for any type of spraying machine. Mix a packet of 40KG powder with 6.4liter of water and stir well for use. Its thickness should be maintained at 15mm and wait for 6-24 hours to apply for increasing the thickness. Storage Storage life is 12 months if the product is kept in a dry place.
