Soyabean is a pre-eminent for its High Protein (38%) and the High Oil Content (18%). Organic Soyabean Seeds are processed into soy meal, soya flour and soya oil. Uses

Soya Lecithin derived from Soybean is used in chocolates, ice-creams and many other confectionecies items. Food grade soybean meal is used as protein source in many food & confectionary products. Feed grade soybean meal is used as feed for birds & animals. Soybean consumption is increased now-a-days due to its high protein content. Soy chunks, Soy granules and Tofu are used in making vegetables.

About 85 percent of the worlds soybeans are processed, or "crushed," annually into soybean meal and oil. Approximately 98 percent of the soybean meal that is crushed is further processed into animal feed with the balance used to make soy flour and proteins. Of the oil fraction, 95 percent is consumed as edible oil; the rest is used for industrial products such as fatty acids, soaps and biodiesel.

Our Soya Grits are manufactured using only Non-GMO soya-bean seed. Before being processed the seeds go through a rigorous multiple stage cleaning processes to remove all foreign material. The graded seeds are then conditioned, cracked, de-hulled and rolled into flakes. The flakes undergo highly efficient extraction. They are then effectively toasted, to obtain the optimum level of protein, maintain amino acid profile and destroy anti-nutritional factors.
