Model 133-040 consists of Robocon Valve (BALEM 130), Pressure Relief Pilot Valve and Pressure Reducing Pilot Valve. The valve is installed at Bypass line for protecting pumps and pipe-line systems from dangerous surges caused by rapid changes of flow velocity within a pipeline. Model 138-010 consists of Robocon Valve (BALEM130) and Solenoid On-Off Pilot Valve. It opens or closes upon receiving an electrical signal to the solenoid pilot control. This valve, as a solenoid pilot valve, can be provided two different types. The standard basic valve which normally closed (basic valve opens as solenoid operates), and valve made to order which normally opened (Basic valve closes as solenoid operates). Optional control features are available, such as timer, relay, probe, etc for remote control by electrical signal depends on user's site conditions.
Model 139-010 is designed for installation on the discharge of booster pumps to eliminate pipeline surges caused by the starting and stopping of the pump. If power failure occurs, the valve immediately closes regardless of control mode.
Automatic Control Valve, Dual Setting Pressure Reducing Valve. Proportional Pressure Reducing Valve Work by Flow Rate (Model 132-090) controls pressure proportionally according as rate of flow. When rate of flow increase in pipeline, the valve operate higher pressure. When rate of flow decrease , the valve operate lower pressure. Therefore, Model 132-090 controls outlet-pressure proportionally according as rate of flow, even if the rate of flow change arbitrarily or slightly. Model 132-090 is optimized in waterworks, in state of smooth pressure change in pipeline. Also 132-090 have the function to prevent hunting itself.
Balem 411 is designed to be as hydraulic liquid level control valve in a reservoir. Its working principal is controling flow by a ball inside the body as float arm moves up and down against weight and buoyancy of water level. It is applicable at high pressure flow as it is opened and closed by rotation of ball. It's corrosion resistance and thermal resistance is excellent. Moreover, it is easy to carry and install.
Balem 431 is a float operated hydraulic liquid level control valve suitable for tanks and reservoirs. Its working principal is controling flow with a modulating float pilot valve, alternatively a Balem 511 can be adjusted up to 1.2m on/off differential. The body is coated by epoxy to prevent contamination of the liquid, and has excellent thermal resistance. The valve is extremely easy to maintain as no special tools or skills are required.
