The mold transport trolley is designed for mold handling. The mold transport trolley is powered by mobile cable. Depending on the size of the mold, you can choose the size and load capacity of the mold transport trolley.
Working Principle
When the mold transport trolley moves, the cable pulls behind the mold transport trolley. The cable is connected to the ground at one end, while the other is powered by an electric control box on mold transport trolley, and then provide the power to the engine.
The mold transport trolley conduct AC 380V directly into the electrical control system of the mold transport trolley to let it start, stop, go forward and backward and so on.
Operation Method
The mold transport trolley can be equipped with two kinds of operating handles and remote control. The length of the handle is generally 3meter or 5m, there are four keys and a joystick, the four keys are: start, emergency stop, forward and backward, the joystick controls the steering of the mold transport trolley.
Move the joystick to the left, the mold transport trolley to the left, move the rocker to the right, and the mold transport trolley to the right (the direction of the motor is the direction of going forward). If make the cart stop, release the forward or back button or press the stop button. If want to start again, turn emergency stop clockwise, press start. The remote control is a six-button control, including start, stop, go forward, backward, left and right turn. When turning left or right, you must press the corresponding direction key at the same time. When you start again, press the start button directly. Now, what's more, the operating handle and the remote control cannot control the mold transport trolley at the same time (the control box has a switcher with operating handle and remote switch). There are a handle-placed box in the trolley for convenient placement.
