Upon confirmation, seller sends Unconditional Dip Test Authorization (DTA) 7. Buyer conducts dip test in Sellers tanks and Lift the Product. 8. Buyer makes payment via MT103 or Wire transfer By MT103 for the total product available. 9. Buyer Lift the product and Seller pays all the intermediaries involved in the Transaction 10.
