- The Crude Zinc Obtained In The Blast Furnace Is Subsequently Purified Either By Fractional Distillation (new Jersey Process) Or By Electrolytic Refining.
- By Hydrometallurgical Way, When The Fried Concentrate Is Subjected To Solubilization With Znso4 Formation. After Purification, The Solution Is Subjected To Electrolysis, A Process Resulting In A Zinc With A Purity Of Min. 99.99% Zn.

Use :
-coating Of Steel Sheets And Foils For Corrosion Protection;
-obtaining Of Copper-based Alloys, Resistant To Corrosion (brass, Alpaca) -
Obtaining Of Castings Under Pressure From Zinc-based Alloys (zamac) Etc.
-obtaining Zinc Oxide With Uses In The Pigment Factory, Rubber Industry, Medicine, Ceramics, Etc.
