Grid connected system is connected to utility grid and feeds power back into the grid. The system consists of pv panel connected to grid tie inverter. The power produced by the pv system can be either supplied to loads or fed back into grid when the pv system output is greater than the load demand. When the pv system output is less than the load demand (e.g. At night), energy will be consumed from the utility grid. Solar grid connected system varies in size from residential to solar power stations.

Rotary Lube Blower / Vacuum compressor KAESER EB 420 C û 38 m3/min, 53 kPa

There are two identical sets of oil-free, 2 lobe rotary blowers, made by Germand Kaeser Kompressoren GmbH in year 2005 with accessories. Manufactures type is Kaeser ED 420 Compact Omega Pluss 53 and accessories include a control cabinet with two inverters and programmable Kaeser Start Control STC 30 unit, totally 6 preliminary intake air filters and 3 final air intake filters with their steel supports. The rotary blower units have removable sound enclose for noise insulation. Operation of the equipment was stopped in year 2007, total running hours approx 7000 and therefore they are in excellent operational condition. In addition, we can offer you service maintenance by the manufacturer at separate cost.

This equipment is suitable for demanding dust collection and pneumatic transportation of various products due to oil free operation. For pneumatic transport application some changes in filters and other parts are needed.
The rotary lobe has two blower shafts with high efficiency Omega profile in a blower block. The rotary lobe and the block have a very small distance and they are not touching each other's and therefore there is no need for lubrication oil. The rotors are driven by high efficiency electric motor via belt connection and they both are installed on the same base frame. . The inlet and discharge silencers are designed to be effective at all frequencies and are eminently suited to variable speed . Higher rotational blower speeds produce high volumetric efficiencies, which in turn lower discharge temperatures and power consumption. The Compact Range ensures that all serviceable items are accessed from the front panels of enclosures.
The preliminary intake air filters are combination of cyclone and bag filter and it removes most of the dust from inlet air. Fine filter is a combination of cyclone and 138 ceramic fine filters which removes fine dust very effectively.

The recovery plant is specially designed to recover CO2 from fermentation processes at breweries. This complete CO2 plant was installed in 2001 and it has nominal CO2 removal capacity of 1000 kg/h. The plant has Siemens S 7 control system where operation is carried our via a large 12 " color screen panel with Windows CE operating system. This is a complete CO2 recovery plant and final delivery scope depends on buyers needs. The plant has been in operation only approx 5 years and is still installed and in very good condition. 250 MW (ISO) Gas based GMR Barge Power Plant, owned by GMR Energy Limited, is a private-owned power plant located in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. It is an environment friendly gas based plant in India�??s first and the World�??s largest combined cycle power plant on a single barge.

Plant initially was operated on Naphtha and later changed to on Natural Gas operation. Gas Turbine Generator Mitsubishi Japan, Steam Turbine Generator by ABB Sweeten Generators are 11KV, 50Hz, 2Pole, 300RPM with air-cooled brushless excitation, synchronous type and totally enclosed. Gas Turbine Generator Transformers of 11KV/ 11KV/ 220KV, 120MVA, Steam Turbine Generator transformers 11KV/ 220KV, 70MVA and Unit Auxiliary Transformers 11KV/ 6.6KV, 18MVA installed in Barge.

This Barge is classification to International Rules & Standards with a certificate of ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) and having valid Certificate as on date. This barge designed with standard Wind velocity of 160KM/hour and Tidal variation in mooring basin is +2.61Meters to -1.5Meters. Barge is unaffected by landslides and earthquakes.

13 MW Biomass Based Power Plant located at Shendra MIDC, Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India. The plant was commissioned in Dec 2008 and plant operation has been discontinued since June 2015 and major overhaul of turbine and auxiliaries were completed in FY 16.

The power plant utilises Biomass (Chipped Cotton, Maize Bhutta, Soya Husk, Bagasse) or Coal as fuel.
