Colour - essentially white Packing: One tray has 30 white eggs. 12 trays in one carton 360 eggs in one carton. And 1312 cartons in one 40 feet reefer container. Ie 30eggs x 12 trays x 1312 cartons = 4, 72, 320 eggs in one container. We pack in 5 ply cartons which are very strong and have ventilating holes to keep the eggs fresh. 360 eggs in each carton box packed in 5 ply corrugated boxes with multicolor printing on the box with lamination or without lamination. Date of expiry for maximum 3 for middle east and 6 months african countries depending upon the country. We also do printing on each egg with food graded ink with an automatic machine as per the client's requirement. Printing on the eggs can be done for company name, expiry date, production date, company logo, etc.(it can vary as per your requirement). Suggested temperature required for storing 3 to 6 months is 0 degree to 5 degree, According to international standards 1% to 1.5% of breakage is acceptable.
