Pineapple is a fruit that is very popular in tropical countries, especially Sri Lanka. The fruit has beneficial contents are packed with a variety of vitamins and minerals. These advantages are found in harvested pineapple with a maturity level of about 90% with good pineapple characteristics such as dominant green color with 30% reddish yellow color, has a length of about 20 cm with a diameter of about 12 cm, weighs 1000-2500 grams.
