- Jasmine rice with transparent and long grains, average length : 6,8mm. Jasmine rice has fragrance of pineapple. It is soft in texure when cooked, with a slightly sweet flavor.

Parboiled rice is not precooked, even if it sounds like that, but it definitely has a different process than the other types of rice do have.
