Olive biomass Fuel, it is new biofuel responds to the demand for cheap and pure energy. The raw material that used to produce it, is the olive kernel which after workup was purified to remain only the wood, giving a green biofuel, including only wood, with high calorific value, low ash and odor. It is much cheaper than wood pellets and kerosene.

Application:
The plant is applied to products with the melting point below 250�°C for curing and shaping. Typical applied materials include: Sulphur, Paraffin Wax, Resin, Asphalt, Maleic Anhydride, Trimellitic Anhydride, Salt Stearate, Hot-Melt Adhesives, M-Phenylenediamine, Urea, Rubber and Plastic Auxiliary etc.
Working principle:
Melting material, through material distributor, drips down to the steel belt which is moving evenly. Under the belt, there are continuous sprayer and cooling device which can cool, solidify and pelletize material on belt as soon as possible. According to material feature and process requirements, outward turning, rotating, reciprocating, gate types are available for your choice. Based on material feature and use requirements, material distributing forms like incontinuous dripping, continuous strip, full-width overflowing are available, and with hemispheric, bar, flake products.
Copia Clay CP Jet 100 30/60 and CP Jet 100 B 16/30 have proven to be effective in the refining process of ATF. These granulated Attapulgite based clay minerals are specially processed to attain a low moisture level of below 3%, which helps in the removal of traces of water, surfactants and other impurities. ATF treated with Copia clay granules ensures that the aviation turbine fuels so processed meet international standard specifications.
