Fischer-Tropsch wax is a methylene polymer synthesized from hydrocarbon-based syngas or natural gas, and it is mainly synthesized from iron or cobalt by relying on high-quality and inexpensive raw materials from the coal chemical industry. It has a clear advantage over the price of crude oil waxes. Fischer-Tropsch waxes have a wide range of applications, one of which is in the field of adhesives, where they are used as an ideal synthetic wax for EVA-based hot melt adhesives. The high melting point of Fischer-Tropsch waxes improves the heat resistance and fast drying properties of adhesives, thus enhancing the performance of adhesives.
Fischer-Tropsch waxes are commonly used in food packaging and pharmaceuticals as food additives to enhance product stability and extend shelf life. In the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, Fischer Tropsch Wax is often used as an adhesive, emulsifier, etc.
Casting wax, high and medium temperature precision casting particles, bead shaped, high hardness, small linear shrinkage, good toughness, good stability, can be used repeatedly. Another water-soluble casting wax, repair wax, adhesive wax and other supporting products; Model wax is used as the mold material for art casting and precision machine tool processing. Of course, what is usually used for jewelry casting is "casting wax" in the shape of beads.
