2.Seller issues Commercial Invoice to buyer, buyer signs and returns it to seller, and issue POF MT199

3.After confirming POF MT199 from buyerâ??s bank, seller releases following documents to buyer:
a. Tank Storage Receipt ,
b. Unconditional Dip Test Authorization ,
c. Authorization to Sell and Collect ,
d. Injection Report ,
e. Product Passport ,
f. Commitment to Supply ,
g. Authorization to Verify .
4. Buyer brings SGS Team for Dip Test on sellerâ??s tanks at buyerâ??s cost .
5. After successful Dip Test, buyer extends sellerâ??s tank for 2 days.
6. Within 48 hours after successful Dip Test, buyer sends full payment for the whole deal with MT103 .
7. Seller pays commission to all intermediaries involved in the transaction as signed NCNDA-IMFPA .
8.12-month Contract begins to roll and extension .

FOB DIP AND PAY TERM & TRANSACTION PROCEDURES 1.
1. Buyer Review Sellers SCO And Issues ICPO Along With Company Profile.
2. Seller Issues A Commercial Invoice (CI) For The Available Quantity In The Storage Tank To Buyer, Buyer Signs And Returns CI Back To The Seller Within 4 Working Days.
3. Seller Issues To Buyer The Existing Injection Report Done By The Sellers SGS Inspection Team For The Injection Of The Product Into The Tank Farm, Seller Issue TSR, Dip Test Authorization (DTA) Letter Containing The Storage Tank Location And Its GPS Coordinates And Buyer Countersign The DTA With Seller Tank Farm.
4. Upon Buyers Satisfactory Verification Of Sellers Tanks As Authorized By The DTA, Sellers Tank Farm Issues A 2-Day Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) To The Buyer To Enable Buyer To Take Over Sellers Tanks.
5. Upon Receiving The Signed DTA And TSR From The Buyer, The Seller Issues The Following POP Documents:
A. Product Passport.
B. Fresh SGS Report (Not Older Than 48 Hours).
C. Export License.
D. Authority To Verify (ATV).
E. Refinery Irrevocable Commitment To Supply.
F. Sales And Purchase Agreement (SPA).
G. Statement Of The Availability Of The Product.
H. Certificate Of Origin.
I. ATSC (Authorization To Sell & Collect).
6. Upon Successful Dip Test At Sellers Expense, Buyer Makes 100% Payment For The First Trial Via MT103/TT Wiring And The Seller Transfers Ownership Of The Product To The Buyer.
7. Seller Pays All Intermediaries And Subsequent Monthly Delivery Continues.

Citru-Etch II Emulsion is a stable, micro particle, (O/W) oil in water emulsion, formulated for use in investment casting to remove silicone release coating deposits and, with minimum etching, chemically modify wax pattern surfaces to enhance refractory slurry coat adhesion.
Citru-Etch II Emulsion is formulated to provide both an environmentally responsible and safe method of use. The emulsion is sufficiently stable to function as a uniform cleaner for wax patterns and allows several months shelf life for unopened drums stored under ambient conditions.
CAUTION: Heat destabilizes the Citru-Etch II Emulsion; drums should be stored inside in an air-conditioned environment, such as the slurry room. In use, Citru-Etch II Emulsion functions as a typical nonionic detergent to effect removal of silicone deposits from wax pattern surfaces. Wax patterns on removal from a CitruEtch II Emulsion bath tend to retain a "hydrophobic" surface that assures good drainage. The surface, however, is also "oleophilic" and strongly couples to water based baths such as rinse, prewet, or refractory slurry that contains a suitable surfactant level.
