The fuel requires to be preheated before it can be used. It is not possible to use it in smaller engines or vessels/vehicles where it is not possible to pre-heat it. D6 is its name in the USA. In other parts of the world it has other names. Residual means the material remaining after the more valuable cuts of crude oil have boiled off. D6 fuel is also known as residual fuel oil (RFO), by the Navy specification of Bunker C, or by the Pacific Specification of PS-400. Since it requires pre-heating, it cannot be used in small ships or boats or cars. However large ships and power plants can use the residual.

Jet fuel is a mixture of a large number of different hydrocarbons. The range of their sizes is restricted by the requirements for the product, for example, the freezing point or smoke point. Kerosene-type jet fuel has a carbon number distribution between about 8 and 16 carbon numbers (carbon atoms per molecule); wide-cut or naphtha-type jet fuel (including Jet B), between about 5 and 15 carbon number. Jet A-1 is the standard specification fuel used in the rest of the world. Jet A-1 has a flash point higher than 38 °C (100 °F), with an autoignition temperature of 210 °C (410 °F).

The most important thing when grading this fuel is the sulfur content. Mazut 100-75 VLS and Mazut 100-99 Grade I are actually the same thing. GOST merged the old classifications of 75 and 99 into a new seven-grade classification, all under 100-99. The grades are represented by these sulphuric levels: â??Very Low Sulphurâ?? is mazut with a sulfur content of 0.5% â??Low Sulphurâ?? is a mazut with a sulfur content of 0.5-1.0% â??Normal Sulphurâ?? is a mazut with a sulfur content of 1.0-2.0% â??High Sulphurâ?? is a mazut with a sulfur content of 2.0-3.5%.

Defeathering Wax, also known as Duck Wax or Poultry Wax. The poultry wax produced by WJWAX is made from food grade paraffin wax and various raw materials that meet food safety requirements. It is specifically used for poultry and livestock hair removal, especially for waterfowl hair removal. It is a new type of defeathering wax and an ideal product to replace rosin-based hair removal products. It can be used to remove feathers from ducks or goose, as well as for plucking hair from pigs, sheep, and cows. The poultry plucking wax produced by WJ is food grade wax, and the product does not contain any rosin raw materials (such as rosin glycerides, rosin pentaerythritol esters, etc.). After inspection by relevant national inspection departments and the China Import and Export Inspection Bureau, it is non-toxic, free of harmful substances such as heavy metals, and meets the FDA standards of China, Europe, and the United States. During use, it will not turn black or produce odors, which is beneficial for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the workshop and enhancing the corporate image. The secret of WJ's Defeathering Wax being recyclable - natural separation of feathers and wax The surface of waterfowl feathers is covered by oil, and water cannot enter the gaps between the feathers. Therefore, waterfowl feathers can float water. By using Food grade caustic soda and oil to undergo a saponification reaction, the feather oil layer is destroyed, and the feathers sink to the bottom of the water. The wax floats on top of the water because it has a lighter specific gravity than water, so the hair and wax will naturally separate. Will the method of adding caustic soda to saponify animal fats and separating wax affect wastewater treatment? WJ can responsibly say that this will definitely not affect the effectiveness of sewage treatment. Adding caustic soda is to achieve saponification treatment, and the result is the production of neutral saponification substances. The pH value of the saponification substances is neutral and will not have any impact on the microorganisms in sewage treatment. The amount of caustic soda added is very small, usually at a concentration of a few thousandths or tens of thousands, and there is no residue after the saponification reaction with animal fats. Our duck wax can also be separated from oil wax by machine. Please contact us for more details.
