Our production facility has ISO 9001 and ISO22000 certificates as well as all necessary legal production permits.
Our facility and olive groves are located in Akhisar Aegean region.
The region has a very favorable climate for the production of olives and olive oil.The world's first olive harvest
takes place in Akhisar, so most of the olive oil we produce is made from early harvested olives.The olive oil
obtained from early harvested contains very rich components useful for health and polyphenols.Also as flavor;

UNMEDICATED PRODUCTION
Thanks to its continual blowing North winds,with its own climate, Insect, fly, etc. that damages the olive tree
and its fruit can not live. In this way, olive production is carried out in any way without using pesticides.
Thanks to this climate and unmedicated production, our olives have very high quality free fatty acid levels as
well as their sensory properties such as oil quality, fruity, aroma and odor.
PRODUCTION PROCESS
Since olives are collected as tableware, they can be harvested by hand in a very precise way and put into the air
handling box without wasting time.Thus, fresh olives taken without waiting in a few hours to bring to our
facilities by selecting the most beautiful, can produce delicious flavored olive oil.
With a serious classification, we transfer our olive oils to chromium tanks according to their regions, olive
varieties, flavors, the physical condition.
Thanks to the detailed classification we make, we obtain special and high quality olive oil.
In this way, we can produce high tonnages which we produce completely naturally the boutique quality olive oil.
Product Features:
Yellow green transparent liquid with special flavor and taste. It is slightly soluble in 90% alcohol, soluble in ether, chloroform and light mineral oil (melting point 50%~60% C).
Olive oil contains tocopherol 30~300mg oil, chlorophyll (0.2~24) mg oil, phospholipid (40~135) mg oil, trace three hydroxyl three terpene (alkene) and hydroxyl three terpene acid. Olive oil, unlike other vegetable oils, has a lower iodine value and a liquid state when it is reduced to 0 degrees centigrade. In this respect, olive oil is similar to camellia oil. Because olive oil contains less linoleic acid, it is not easy to oxidize than other liquid oils.
Product application:
It can be used for moisturizing cream, anti wrinkle cream, skin care oil, massage oil, hair oil and conditioner, etc. it is used as a dispersant for four bromine fluorescein in lipstick. In addition, it is also used in advanced soap and sunscreen.
The permeability to skin is the same as that of general vegetable oil, which is better than mineral oil. It is harmless to the skin. It is a good emollient and does not cause acute (once) skin irritation and allergy.

The olives are carefully picked by hand at their optimal degree of maturity. No pesticides are used. Harvest is manual to get healthy fruits, to avoid harming the tree, and to preserve the aromatic flavours of the olives in order to guarantee the production of a premium olive oil.
The same day, the olives are transported in ventilated crates to Huilerie Loued mills where they are selected with great care, defoilated, washed with clean water then crushed and mixed.
The oil is then seperated from the olive paste by cold pressure in order to preserve its taste and flavour.
The extraction process is driven by the latest machinery systems made of stainless steel. The storage of the oil is made in sub-terranean ceramic vats to ensure a high quality Tunisian olive oil to our customers.
