A foam granulator is also called a waste foam pellets recycling machine, which can produce foam pellets at room temperature without destroying the original molecular structure, and the particles produced are widely used.
Our revolutionary pulverizing machine replaces the likes of a conventional ball mill, impact mill, hammer mill, Raymond mill, tower mill, etc. An ultra-fine raptor works by means of a tornado/vortex airstream. With the help of a generated high-frequency air pressure fluctuation and a rotating impeller, the airstream transports the material into the mill s spiral chamber. From there, the particles are distributed evenly into the milling chamber.

2.The roller axis and the axis of the boring cutter head from both ends are guaranteed to be on the same axis with precision 4um by high accurate test bar adjusting.
3.Both ends are processed at the same time; the efficiency is more than 3 times of the traditional processing method.
4.The roller clamping uses two sets of v-jig to fix. The boring cutter rotation speed is not controlled by the drum diameter. The drum maximum diameter could reach 100 mm, 200 mm, 300 mm, 400 mm or more (as clients requirements).
5.The chip falls on the conveying chain of the chip removal machine, collected and processed by the chip removal machine. The site is clean with a comfortable working environment.
