Mango. Product contains no additives or artificial preservatives. Mangos have matured sufficiently to be full fleshed, tender, and well ripened. 11-14 Brix. The target cut is 25 mm ± 5 mm, uniform cut. Cut to Customer Specification. Product is not blanched. Product possesses a good characteristic normal flavor and aroma, and appearance of mangos. Free from objectionable flavor and odors of any type. Tolerance of 30% by weight for pieces smaller than 20 mm, and/or greater than 30 mm The product has not been genetically modified. It does not contain ingredients which have been genetically modified or issued from a genetically modified product. Shelf life 24 months at 0F or colder
