Our Main product is Omega mussels. They are a brilliantly simple and delicious product. Our Mussels are cleaned and fully cooked so when the customer receives them all they need to do is heat (no need to fully cook) and eat them. Perfect for any restaurant or home looking to make a seafood dish easily. The magic of our mussels is that they are cooked using a retort process which retains the flavour and beautiful fresh texture of the mussel but most importantly it pops the mussels open so the mussels do not require opening with a knife.
