2.Seller issue FCO
3.Buyer signs the FCO and sends it to the Seller
4.Seller issues Draft Contract.
5.Buyer signs the Draft contract and sends it to the seller.
6.Seller sends hard copies to buyer by courier.
7.Buyer's Bank opens Transferable SBLC / Transferable LC for seller as agreed by seller's Bank. Buyer uses US, Western Europe or Hong Kong Prime Banks for confirmation.
8.Seller sends site visit invitation.
9.Upon receiving the agreed SBLC, seller activates 2 % Performance Bond.
10.Seller checks quantity and quality with SGS at loading port.
11.At the buyer's request, the seller will allow the buyer or his representative to be present at loading port.
12.Seller begins shipments.
