Hgit as the shape of the fixture glue injection system (suitable for two-color aluminum profile injection process)
As the shape of the fixture glue injection system is an aluminum thermal barrier system manufactured by our company after innovatively design. This system fixes and locks two different pieces of aluminum profiles from indoor and our door separately by semi-automatically as the shape of the fixture, and then pour the polyurethane insulation glue into the reserved notch, after curing, and leaves the fixture to complete the injection technology. This technology cannot only realize the two-color, monochrome random combination of aluminum profiles, but also it can finish from pouring the glue, curing to the finished products aluminum thermal profiles by one step. This process not only controls the geometry of the aluminum profiles precisely, but it is very stable and efficient, it can save material, manpower and electric power, it is environment friendly and with no noise. Meanwhile, it rewrites the history that glue injection profiles cannot make double-color door and window.

Description
Special cold work tool steel, air or oil hardenable with highest toughness.
Applications
Forging tools, dies of all sorts, shapes and sizes, hot forging and pressing tools for steel and metal. Moulds, bushings, piercers, etc.

Soft Annealing
Heat to 610-850oC, cool slowly in furnace. This will produce a maximum Brinell hardness of 295.
Stress Relieving
Stress relieving to remove machining stresses should be carried out by heating to approx. 650oC, holding for 1-2 hours at heat, followed by air cooling. This operation is performed to reduce distortion during heat treatment.
Hardening
Harden from a temperature of 880-910oC followed by air or oil quenching or warm bath quenching 180-220oC. Hardness after quenching is 56 HRC.
