It can replace sintered NdFeB magnet and ferrite, make motor assembling simpler and more reliable, reduce costs and improve efficiency. The bonded NdFeB magnets are made by mould pressing of the NdFeB alloy powder with epoxy resin, and also it can be made by injection or extrusion of NdFeB alloy powder with plastic. The characteristics are as follows:
