Imprinting, or printing is a workmanship that can completely and exactly convert the intended designs into metal badges, lapel pin, pin or similar promotional items. In the full sense, pro-enamel or imitation hard enamel is an imitation of hard enamel with similar surface finish to hard enamel. The craftsmanship of pro-enamel is almost the same as hard enamel except pro-enamel does not need firing, but drying up in an oven.
Due to the different enamel material used and processes employed, the finish of pro-enamel smoother and shinier than hard enamel. The enamel is softer than hard enamel though, pro-enamel is the so attractive as hard enamel.
Soft enamel pin badge
Soft enamel is a kind of paint applied to the recessed area of metal base. There is a wide variety of metal base suitable for soft enamel: copper, brass, iron, stainless steel, zinc alloy and pewter. Photo etched badges are made on brass base metal by craft of etching or cauterizing. The exposed areas will be etched recessed in a certain acid while the unexposed areas remain impact in acid.

C) second quality 2 winding only on cards of 25 m, the shortest piecelenght possible is of 0, 80m. In this quality there may be some technical errors in design (tangled threads)

Lace wider that 5 cm is wount up on a roll of 50 mtrs without protecting discs, the shortest piecelength is 10 mtrs;there are max.4 pieces of lace on a roll.Pieces are sawn together.
-second way: on cardboard tile of 25 mtrs, the shortest piecelength on one card is of 10 mtrs.It means, there are maximum two pieces of lace in one card.Pieces are sawn together.
At your request, pieces can be not sewn.
Rolls/cards are wrapped in transparent foil.
