Imprinted pin badge
Imprinting, or printing is a workmanship that can completely and exactly convert the intended designs into metal badges, lapel pin, pin or similar promotional items. Imprinting is able to preserve intricate and complete details, including precise color settings, of the original designs. Besides, other advantages of imprinting badges that other enameling badges cannot match are comparative lower cost, quicker mass productivity.
Imprinting is mainly divided into two sub-categories: off-set imprinting and silk screen printing. Off-set imprinting is employed when there are many intricate details and fade-in color settings. Silk screen imprinting is employed when solid colors are required and the number of colors is no more than 4 or 5.
