REF. 2012202 The Company started to handbuild rowing and sailing boats used for fishing in 1849, basing the craft on the shape and form of the traditional Italian boat ''gozzo sorrentino''. Afterwards the boatyard was opened in 1983. Today, the Company is one of the most prestigious Italian sailing brands in the world, and it has a precise niche market among the lovers of luxury and exclusive boats, conjugating the old local tradition and the international modern class. The gozzos’ main characteristic is namely the double pointed hull with a very similar shape both in the bow and in the stern. The major innovative changes are the use of fiberglass for the hull while leaving all the other parts of the boat in wood and the keel which made possible to reach high speeds. The materials used for the furniture are extremely natural and classic, with a predominance of shiny and matt mahogany, Viennese straw and mirrored, chrome plated and steel hardware. The gozzos are finished with craftmade care, and, at the same time, provided with the most advanced structural elements. The products excel in terms of elegance, safety, performance, technology and comfort. All the boats are equipped with ARG anti - rolling system, which is a stabilization system to reduce the rolling effect of the waves. Matching the characteristic old style of the ancient boats with innovation, functional and aesthetic best solutions, a modern research department made up by designers, nautical engineers, architects and technicians, makes the boats some of the most innovative in the international nautical market. The Company wishes to get in touch with importers/wholesalers as well as representatives/agents from target countries which could be interested in importing and distributing the above products.
