How is it obtained
Ethyl alcohol is the result of the enzymatic transformation and further fermentation of soft wheat starch. The separation of the alcohol fraction from the mother liquid takes place using a fractional vacuum distillation plant, which incorporates hydroselection, rectification and demethylation processes.
