The multi-layer sintered stainless steel wire mesh filter tube is a type of filter component. It is formed by multiple layers of fine stainless steel wire mesh and the gaps between the layers are bonded through a special high-temperature sintering process, creating a tubular structure.
This type of filter tube typically employs high-quality stainlessThe manufacturing process of this type of filter tube involves several steps:
Selection of high-quality stainless steel wire materials, such as 316L stainless steel wire, typically arranged in multiple layers.
Selection of high-quality stainless steel wire materials. This causes the layers of wire mesh to sinter and fuse together, creating an integral filtering structure.
Filter tubes form a fixed grid structure. With precise pore sizes and a certain level of filtration accuracy, effectively filtering out tiny particles and impurities in liquids or gases.
Finally, the tube is cut or customized into different sizes and shapes to meet specific filtration requirements.
The main features
Effective Filtration: To ensure sterility and hygiene, pharmaceutical factories routinely perform thorough cleaning and disinfection of pharmaceutical tools and filtration equipment. Sintered stainless steel powder filters facilitate this process as steel, unlike other metals, has fewer pores that easily trap impurities.
Micron-Level Pores: The mesh filter core can remove particles as small as 0.2 microns and can be customized for your specific equipment. Stainless steel's malleability and stable performance are robust. Choosing the appropriate stainless steel sanitary filter depends on its application within the processing unit.
Easy Cleaning and Disinfection: The popularity of sintered stainless steel filters in the pharmaceutical industry stems from their ease of cleaning and disinfection. Maintaining equipment cleanliness ensures prolonged equipment lifespan while minimizing contamination risks.
High and Low-Temperature Resistance: Stainless steel alloys are known for their excellent performance at both high and low temperatures. At high temperatures, stainless steel demonstrates outstanding compressive strength, making it suitable for high-temperature filtration needs. Conversely, at lower temperatures, stainless steel's tensile strength actually increases more than at room temperature, making it ideal for refrigeration and low-temperature filtration equipment.
410 stainless steel is food grade, 410 stainless steel is not toxic, and it is not harmful to the human body when used as tableware. 410 stainless steel is a stainless steel grade produced in accordance with the American ASTM standard, equivalent to China's 1Cr13 stainless steel, S41000 (American AISI, ASTM). Carbon 0.15%, chromium 13%,410 stainless steel: has good corrosion resistance, machinability, general purpose blade class, valve class.
Choose stainless steel products, recommended to choose 304 steel. 304 steel (refers to stainless steel with chromium content of 18% and nickel content of 8%) is widely used in corrosion-resistant containers, tableware, furniture, railings, medical equipment and so on. The purchase of stainless steel products should be optimistic about the type of labeling.
There are often "13-0" (420 steel), "18-0" (430 steel), "18-8" (304 steel) on the stainless steel tableware, the number in front of the code indicates the chromium content, and the number behind represents the nickel content. Whether stainless steel utensils are safe is mainly a problem of heavy metal migration. In general, the 304 steel common on the market now is less chromium migration.
410 stainless steel Features:
1, high strength.
2. Excellent machinability.
3. Hardening occurs after heat treatment.
4. Magnetic.
5, not suitable for harsh corrosive environment.
6, scope of application: general blade, mechanical parts, class 1 tableware (spoon, fork, knife, etc.).
Door profile Ecologicaly clean. Constructions made of this material do not have a negative impact on the body and the environment as a whole. Therefore, they are also safe for health. Due to its reliability, data has a long service life. Aluminum doors are not serviced by external bodies: they are not threatened by temperature changes, elevated levels of the atmosphere. The presence of such an opportunity causes the appearance of one thing - protection from reception. Such designs do not require special care. They only need to be wiped as they become dirty so that their appearance remains as attractive as possible throughout the entire period of operation.
Aluminum is a great material for use in pedestrian bridges. Aluminum bridges are durable, corrosion resistant and have a strength-to-weight ratio that is greater than steel. The lightweight nature of aluminum allows for smaller foundations which results in an easier installation.
Packaging has many different roles. These include providing protection, safety, enhanced usability, attractive looks, optimal design, and specific customer requirements.
Food packaging is used to allow for easy transport of goods, protect the integrity of food products, and ensure separation from harmful chemicals, particles, bacteria, and pests. It also allows for food labeling and other information for consumers such as ingredients allowing you to adhere to any laws and regulations regarding labeling of for-consumption goods.

It is also called SKD2 steel and DIN 1.2436 steel. And D6 steel chemical composition and heat treatment information are below.
Tool steels are primarily used to manufacture tools that can be used for machining metals, woods, and plastics. They are generally ingot-cast wrought products, and have the potential to be stable at elevated temperatures and withstand high specific loads.
D6 Steel Application
SKD2 steel chemical composition makes it become good tool steel in the industry. SKD2 steel is used for forming tools; molds for abrasive plastics and ceramics; long-run press tools; blanking and shearing tools for hard materials; stamping tools; scraping tools and etc.
D6 Steel Round Bar Sheet Plate Heat Treatment
Forging
SKD2 tool steel is heated slowly and uniformly to 700°C (1292°F) and then more rapidly to 900-1050°C (1652-1922°F).
Annealing
SKD2 tool steel is then annealed at 800-840°C (1472-1544°F) and cooled. Hardness of the steel after annealing will be approximately 225 Brinell.
Stress Relieving
Stresses from SKD2 tool steel can be eliminated before hardening by heating up to 650-700°C (1202-1292°F), if machining operations have been heavy. The steel is then allowed to cool slowly.
Hardening
SKD2 steel is pre-heated slowly to 750-800°C (1382-1472°F) and thoroughly soaked. Heating is then continued till the final hardening of 950-980°C (1742-1796°F), followed by air or oil quenching.
Tempering
The SKD2 steel is heated uniformly and thoroughly at the selected tempering temperature. Double tempering can also be carried out with intermediate cooling to room temperature.

D3 Steel Round Bar Sheet Plate Heat Treatment
Heat Treatment
SKD1 steel requires hardening and tempering to achieve maximum properties. For maximum accuracy, the parts of SKD1 tool steel should be stress relieved after roughing operations. Stress should be relieved at 648 C (1200 F) for one hour and cooled slowly.
Annealing
Annealing of SKD1 steel needs to be done in a controlled atmosphere furnace. D3 steels should be heated thoroughly to 871 C (1600 F) and cooled slowly at a rate of not more than -6 C (20 F) per hour, until the furnace is black. Then the material should be removed and air cooled.
Tempering
The SKD1 steel should be cooled to room temperature and should be tempered immediately. The parts should be placed in the tempering furnace and increased slowly to the desired tempering temperature. Tempering for 1 hour per inch of thickness is required.
Hardening
SKD1 steel should be heated properly since it is very sensitive to overheating and if not heated maximum hardness cannot be achieved. The work should be directly placed in a furnace preheated to 954 C (1750 F) and soaked for 20-25 minutes, plus 5 minutes per inch of thickness, and then oil-quenched to harden it.
Notice
Other specifications are determined by daily stock. Customization is also acceptable.

Heat Treatment
DIN 1.2379 steels alloy should be preheated very slowly to 815 (1500 F) and the temperature can be increased to 1010oC (1850 F). Then held at 1010oC (1850 F) for 20 to 45 minutes and air-cooled (air quenched).
Annealing
Annealing of 1.2379 tool steels material should be done at 871 to 898 C (1600 to 1650 F) followed by slow furnace cooling at 4.4 C (40 F) per hour or less, after which cooling rate could be increased. At the same time, must do something to prevent excessive carburization or decarburization.
Stress Relieving
Heat it slowly to 1050 -1250 F, allow to equalize, and then cool in still air(Strain Relieving)
Preheat Prior To Hardening
Preheat slowly to 1350 -1450 F and hold at this temperature until steel 1.2379 steel material is uniformly heated.
Hardening
After thorough preheating, heat to 1800 -1850 F. Hold it at the hardening temperature until it is completely and uniformly heated.
Quenching
DIN 1.2379 steel tool material is an air hardening steel and will develop hardness on cooling in still air. To avoid scaling and prevent decarburization on the surface, controlled atmosphere or vacuum furnaces are recommended. Parts should be allowed to cool to 150F, or to where they can be held in the bare hand, and then temper immediately.
Tempering
The tempering temperature on material 1.2379 steel may be varied according to the desired hardness. 1.2379 steels can be tempered at 204 C (400 F) for achieving Rockwell C hardness of 61 and at 537 °C (1000 F) for a Rockwell C hardness of 54.
Compare
Chinese Cr12Mo1V1 steel, American D2 steel, Japanese SKD11 steel, the chemical composition of them is the same, but the performance is very different. After heat treatment, the color of Cr12Mo1V1 is a little orange-red, and the deformation would be large. It is easy to fracture during use. And the hardness of D2 steel is higher than SKD11 steel, but the toughness is not better than SKD11 steel. SKD11 steel is light and smooth, with the best overall performance.
D2 Steel Forging
Heating for forging of AISI D2 tool steel should be done slowly and uniformly. Soak through at 1850 -1950 F and reheat as often as necessary, stopping work when the temperature drops below 1700 F(926 C). After D2 mold steel forging, cool slowly in lime, mica, dry ashes or furnace. D2 steel should always be annealed after forging.
