Destination : Please advise every times asking price / confirm order to avoid the mistake.
Terms of Payment :
50% Down Payment in 7 work days after received Proforma Invoice and 50% balance 7 work days before shipment.
Customer must be send swift copy or TT copy of each transfer to easy tracking fund transfer and archieve of LTI Finance.
Incoterms & Port of loading : Free on Board ( FOB ) Tanjung Priok port, Jakarta, Indonesia.
LTI quote price in FOB incoterms only.
LTI provide standard shipping documents only such as : Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Analysis issued by manufacture, Certificate of Origin issued by manufacture.
All documents not inform on point seven ( 7 ) will become customer responsibility and any cost of additional documents beside of documents have mention on point seven will be shoulder by customer. Reimbursement charges base on invoice.
All bank charges outside Indonesia are on customer account.
LTI shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance of any port of this quotation or proforma invoice to the extent that such delay or failure is directly or indirectly attributable to act(s) of god, war, embargo, riot(s), strike(s), lockout(s), trade dispute(s), fire, breakdown, inclement weather, interruption of transport, government action, inability to secure materials or by any cause whatsoever (whether or not of like nature to those specified above) outside its control.
