Copra is a dried meat of Coconut. Mature coconut that has been cut into half and cleaned, are then put into the smoking chamber. Copra meal is produced from the ripe fruit of the coconut palm. The nut is split and the kernel is removed and dried below 6% moisture. This meal is called copra meal and still contains the oil.
