Coconut sugar or also called coconut palm sugar is a natural sugar made from coconut palm sap harvested by Indonesian local farmers in Central Java, Indonesia.
Coconut sugar retains many nutrients found in the coconut palm mostly iron, zinc, calcium, and potassium.
