Black rice, also known as purple rice, is a range of rice types of the species Oryza sativa, some of which are glutinous rice.
We offer a variety of Indian Basmati including 1121 Sella White and 1121 Golden Sella White. We also offer a wide variety of Non Basmati rice including Tanjore Ponni, Sona Masoori, Milk Ponni, IR64, GR11, Idly Rice, Arani and many more. Our rice is sourced from all over India.

Kerala Matta rice(Semi Polished, Parboiled) is from Palakkad district from a PGS organic certified, farm. Red, medium size roundish grains, double boiled , semi-polished, with 40-50 % bran. This rice is aged, traditionally double boiled in farm and is known for its taste and cooking quality. Pre-soak for 2 hours, pressure cook with 1: 3 water 4 whistles on high & 2 whistles on low fire.
