Electronet series ELMAG-200 are micro-controller based full bore type electromagnetic flow meters specially used for various industrial applications. These flow meters accurately measure the flow rate of conductive liquids & slurries in closed pipes. Due to its simple and rigid design, the flow meter is an obstruction-less and maintenance-free instrument in place of conventional mechanical flow measuring devices. The use of 'Pulsed DC' technology offers highest ability and better measuring accuracy in the form of electrical signal 4-20 mA DC linearly proportional to volumetric flow. A magnetic field is generated by the instrument in the flow tube. The fluid flowing through this magnetic field generates a voltage that is proportional to the flow velocity. Corresponding electrical output is provided with respect to measuring flow range.

A juicy fruit par excellence, the orange is rich in water (over 85%), which includes in its dissolved structure most of the nutrients. The extreme strength of the case joint is achieved by rolling the belt & compressing the flanges into contact with a sealant applied between the faces. This forms a joint which is both gas-tight and fire- resistant. MEASURING UNIT The achievement of the fixed stroke mechanism is the result of precision and high quality automation, and eliminates the need for an adjustable tangent. This confines all registration adjustments to the accessible change wheels behind the index. The long life synthetic diaphragms, coupled to the well-proven movement design, combine to give excellent stability and accuracy during the whole life of the metre. All materials have been selected for their superior resistance to chemicals and gas. The valve and the grid, thanks to a special Bakelite formulation, enjoy high gliding properties and are protected against premature wear.
