Guar Gum Powder
It is generally preferred as a thickener or stabilizer in the cosmetic industry. Natural Xanthan Gum Powder is also used as a rheology modifier and has greater clarity and viscosity than regular Xanthan Gum.

It is from the dehulled endosperm of the edible legume seeds of Trigonella foenum-graecum. The processing to manufacture the dry powder we are familiar with is minimal. Once the hulls and endosperm are removed from the seeds, they are washed to reduce protein content.
