TK - Bevel Helical Geared Motor are bevel gearboxes with monoblock housing. They are intended for applications requiring higher efficiency and strength. Their input and output shafts are perpendicular to each otherBevel gearboxes can have a maximum of three stages in a single housing. Larger sizes are available only with three stages in a monoblock housing. A higher number of transmission ratios (up to six) can be implemented through the use of additional housings.
TR - Inline Helical Geared Motor have a one-piece (monoblock) housing, which has advantages in terms of rigidity, oil leakage, noise level and gear strength. The high gear quality achieved with modern manufacturing technologies is supplemented with housings made of GG20-22 material. TR - Inline Helical Geared Motor are easy to mount and flexible in usage. Depending on customer requirements direct or IEC B5 or B14 motor connections are available. All models are foot-mounted and have two or three stages in a single housing

PHB - Twin Shaft Bevel Helical Geared Motor is optimized for power density to achieve the highest rating at the smallest possible dimensions. But because high power density also means increased thermal load, the new products are provided as standard with various cooling options. Efficiency is further enhanced through the use of high-grade lubricants and sealings. Another advantage is the wide range of mounting possibilities: The units can be mounted on any side, directly to the motor flange or to the output flange, greatly simplifying their installation. Because these gear units can be mounted on any side, additional equipment, such as integrated or external forced lubrication or oil expansion tanks are available as accessories. Our standard range includes reinforced bearing arrangement or extended bearing distance for high radial load or agitator applications, backstops for single-direction applications such as conveyors or elevators, brakes for hoisting or moving applications, and shrink disks for alternating loads.
