Caramel Colour Caramel colours are among the most widely used food ingredients, which work as an emulsifying agent as well as a colorant. Caramel colors are one of the most versatile and stable food colours. The unique properties of this color make it a preferred choice in many of today's food products. Our years of experience in this industry has made us capable to guide our clients in selecting the correct caramel food color for their formulation. - Colour Range In the global market, we are known for our superior quality caramel food color that gives comprehensive range of end colors to ones foods. The color which we provide range from light yellow to reddish brown and to the darkest brown. Though we provide these caramel food colors, but the result always depends on the usage level of the caramel color. - Storage Caramel ColorOne of the most important features of the caramel is that it is easy to handle and store because of its inherent chemical properties. The chemical composition of the caramel food color is such that it retains its microbiological stability for longer periods provided it is stored in proper packings. Since we follow the international production process approved by the US FDA and European countries, our colors comply with the international quality standards. - Cost Effectiveness Being the most versatile food ingredients and colorants, caramel colours are considered to be the most economical alternatives as compared to almost any other natural or artificial food colors and additives for the food & beverages industry. Because of its low application levels, it is cost benefit also. - Uses We offer a complete range of caramel colours that serve almost every segment of the food & beverages industry. Different applications and usages of caramel food colours in given below: Physical & Chemical Properties : - Colour Strength Caramel ColorCaramel Colours strength is defined as its Tinctorial Power, KO.56. Tinctorial power is the absorbance of a 0.1% weight / volume solution. It is measured through a 1 cm light path at a wavelength of 560 nanometers (nm). The weight/ volume is measured using a high quality spectrophotometer. Higher the value of the absorbance, darker is the Caramel Color. Color tone is also an important factor. The colour tone is defined by the Hue Index that is the measurement of the colour hue or red characteristics of the Caramel Colour, a function of the absorbance at 510 and 610 nm. As a fact, the higher the Tinctorial Power, lower will be the Hue Index and the lower will be the red tones. Specific Gravity The specific gravity of our caramel colour ranges from 1.25 - 1.38 pounds/ gallon that corresponds to a range of about 10.4 - 11.5 pounds/gallon. The corresponding dry substance content of the liquid caramel color ranges from 50% - 70%.

Derived from the guar plant, Cyamopsis tetragonoloba, that grows in India and Pakistan, guar is all-natural unlike other common thickeners such as modified food starch and cellulose gum (CMC). Because guar imparts viscosity and water-binding capacity even at low usage levels, it is used in applications as diverse as cottage cheese, sauces, soups, and frozen desserts. It is frequently used in stabilizer blends in combination with other gums. Food Thickener : Frozen Foods uses as Water retention, ice crystal inhibitor & stabilizer . Bakery uses as increasing Dough yield, for greater moisture retention and for prolonged shelf life. Processed Cheese uses as increasing the yield of curd solids and improves tenderness. Dairy Products guar gum Inhibits when separation and keeps texture after sterilization. Instant mixes uses as fast, cold dispersible thickening and texturing agent. Canned Foods uses as reducing splash while filling, control viscosity and prevention of fat migration. Beverages uses as Acid resistant thickening and suspending agent. Animal feeding uses as Suspending agent and granulating agent. In Pet Food it uses as Viscosifier.

Ultramarine blue is an inorganic pigment whose colour has been classified as pigment blue 29, c.I. 77007 by the colour index system. Chemically it is a sodium alumino-sulphosilicate. This pigment is the synthetic form of lazurite. Ultramarine blue pigment has excellent heat resistance (350ºc), light and weather resistance. Because we have used the special processing technology, the free sulphur residual quantity achieves the ultra low levels. Our ultramarine does not migrate. High-grade ultramarine blue molecular structure is very stable giving excellent dispensability. High-grade ultramarine blue grain-size distribution is even to favor the disperser and the coloration extremely. Ultramarine blue is non-toxic, it is a safe pigment both in processing and in final use, with excellent safety record In the market place. Approved by the most demanding regulations (usa, europe, japan) for uses in which safety is a must e.G. Food packaging, toys, cosmetics. Pigmnt ultramarine has excellent alkali resistance; acid-resistant types h4011 can be also used in acid media. Main fields of application for ultramarine blue pigment is mainly in these field such as textile, leather coating, plastics & rubber, paints & coatings, cement and construction materials, soaps & detergents, toiletries and cosmetics, artists colours, inks, paper. 25 kgs. Generally powdered pigments have aggregates and agglomerates which can not be further broken down into primary particles by milling process. These aggregates and agglomerates creates specs (poor dispersion due to undeserved particles) in blown film , thin injection molded parts etc. In m g polyblends, mono pigment concentrates, the pigments is dispersed to the finest possible particle size by using specialty dispersent and additive under strict process sonditions. These mcc give excellent dispersion in final application.
